After 07 days we can still offer exchanges but no returns*. If you don't love your item(s) Please just send it back to us.
*Where refunds are requested and no items from your order are kept, the value will be refunded minus a $9.95 freight charge (if the freight was not paid on your order originally)
We are happy to send you a credit note, as what matters the most to us, it for you to be happy with your purchase.
Our credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online or via Melko boutique in person.
